Polyurethane foam boards are what most surfers have ridden their whole lives. They’re lighter than wood boards, easier to repair, and produce a snappy, responsive feel that works well in punchy beach break.
Gary shapes his foam boards the same way he shapes everything — by hand, in Oceanside. No shortcuts. The blanks are cut and glassed in small runs, so the boards on this page are finished stock, not production inventory. When they sell, they’re gone.
Prices start at $1,200. If you have questions about a specific board or want to talk through sizing, call (760) 722-8956.
